Read messages left for you:
1. Type your name in the “Retrieve Messages” section on the homepage.
2. Click the “Retrieve” button below your name.
3. Answer the security riddle(s) that your friend has left you.
4. When you answer correctly, you will unlock the message!
5. If more people have left you messages, you will have more riddles to answer.
6. If you see riddles that you can't answer, they are meant for someone who has
the same name as you. Don’t worry! They can’t open your messages and you can’t open
theirs.
No email is needed to read messages left for you since they are retrieved on this
site!
Create messages for others:
1) Click the “Sign up for Free” button and fill out the registration form. You
must have an email account in order to receive a password. Retrieve
your email from 41Day with your password. Now come on back to the site.
2) Click the “Login” button (at top of page) and fill in your username and password.
3) Click the “My Contacts” Button to add a new contact for your friend who will receive
the message. Enter your friend’s first and last name, then click the question mark
to the left of your friend's name and add as many Security Riddles as you would
like your friend to answer You must add a new contact and new Security Riddles for
each new friend before you can send them messages.
4) Now Click on the “Send” button in order to compose your emails and add attachments.
The attachments must be under 5 MB in size. Create your delivery date on this page.
The delivery date must be at least one month from the day you send your message.
About Security Riddles:
Riddles should be answered in one or two words as they must be a perfect match.
Keep it simple so that your friend can answer the question easily, but not so simple
that anyone can answer your question. Remember the security riddles are all that protect the
privacy of your message once the delivery date has arrived. Don’t use words
like “my”. Instead use your name so your friend knows who sent him the riddle. It will make answering them easier.
Important: Once you have sent a message you may not edit it, however you
may delete a message you have already sent before it is read.
